Job Description:
The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the field of Human Resources while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution on job boards and company website.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Onboarding:
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately.
- Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Facilitate the setup of new hires in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
