Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager or State head to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a sales team, and fostering team building to achieve growth targets and improve market share.

  • Team Management (Mandatory skill) – Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve performance targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management – Expertise in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiation – Skilled in negotiating deals and agreements that are advantageous to both the company and the client.
  • Market Analysis – Ability to perform market analysis and identify new market opportunities for business growth.
  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Problem Solving – Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the sales process.
  • Prefered any Beverages industry experience.
  • able to handle and build a team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure the successful achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales team members.
