Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager or State head to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a sales team, and fostering team building to achieve growth targets and improve market share.

- Negotiation – Skilled in negotiating deals and agreements that are advantageous to both the company and the client.
- Market Analysis – Ability to perform market analysis and identify new market opportunities for business growth.
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Problem Solving – Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the sales process.
- Prefered any Beverages industry experience.
