Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. The position is based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, and is a full-time role. Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in billing using Tally (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with stock management (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to generate and manage Eway bills accurately (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
• Hands-on experience in tax preparation and filing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Kannada Language is Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle daily billing tasks using Tally to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping
• Manage inventory and stock levels to maintain optimal stock flow
• Generate and process Eway bills as per regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in tax preparation and filing, including GST returns and other statutory payments
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations
