Roles & Responsibilities.

·       Closely Monitor the team to ensure the day-to-day activities are updated

·       Preparing MIS in terms of monthly cash flow, Profit and Loss account and other information as required by Management.

·       Planning and Preparation of weekly payment schedules.

·       Preparation of Monthly cost sheet.

·       Coordinating with CA for accounting challenges/statutory compliances.

·       Preparation, posting and disbursement of Salaries and disbursement of PF, ESI & PT in coordination with HR and consultant.

·       Maintaining ROC documents.

·       Monitoring & Filling of monthly GST Returns.

·       Monitoring, preparation and Filling of TDS payments and returns.

·       Assisting in Administrative and HR Activities.

·       Coordination with the Sales Head and Team wrt order status, Tgt vs Ach, collections and any other information related to sales and customers.

·       Preparation of final accounts.

·       Looking after branch wrt operations, collections, production etc.

·       Registrations and renewals.

·       Monitoring daily stock tracking, daily invoices, Vendor payment and follow-up of Receivables.
