Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in driving successful sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Any Degree
  • Proficient in negotiation, customer relationship management, and activating new outlets (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent sales techniques and Convincing for driving product outreach.
  • In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Keen problem-solving skills for resolving customer issues and potential sales hurdles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Organized and efficient in managing time and sales activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to expand sales opportunities in designated regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Actively seek out new sales outlets and negotiate terms to activate new accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Provide detailed information on product features and benefits, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the field.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and market conditions for management review.
