Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a mid-level position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural areas. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in Beverages or FMCG field sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in distributor appointing (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in activating a chain of hotels (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Capability to conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities.
  • Deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a sales environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.
  • He Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
  • Ensure Achievement of Secondary Sales Targets
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and in person.
  • Maintain Relations with Existing Dealers
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
  • Payment collection from Hotels, Distributors, Dealers and settlement as per SOP.
  • Collect & Report Required Market Information on Competitor Activities Like Promotions (Trade & Consumer), New Brands, Etc
  • Submitting Daily & Weekly sales reports
  • Ensure Execution of Primary & Secondary Sales
