Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a mid-level position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural areas. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience in Beverages or FMCG field sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in distributor appointing (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in activating a chain of hotels (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Capability to conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities.
- Deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving skills in a sales environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him.
- He Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
- Ensure Achievement of Secondary Sales Targets
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and in person.
- Maintain Relations with Existing Dealers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
- Payment collection from Hotels, Distributors, Dealers and settlement as per SOP.
- Collect & Report Required Market Information on Competitor Activities Like Promotions (Trade & Consumer), New Brands, Etc
- Submitting Daily & Weekly sales reports
- Ensure Execution of Primary & Secondary Sales
