Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore Malleswaram. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of field recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source, negotiate, and effectively manage field recruitment activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Strong negotiation skills to successfully manage and close recruitment deals.
- Field Recruiting (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience in field recruiting operations with hands-on expertise.
- most prefered FMCG Recruiting Experience
- Candidate Assessment: Skilled in evaluating candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Data Analysis: Competency in analyzing recruitment data to optimize processes and results.
- Background Verification: Experience in conducting thorough background verification checks.
- Male Candidate Only.
- Kannada Language is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the company's needs.
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment with selected candidates to ensure successful hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other relevant networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Conduct thorough background verification and reference checks for potential hires.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve overall recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
