Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Bangalore Urban location. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for various accounting tasks including GST and TDS compliance, day-to-day entries, and more.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in GST compliance (Mandatory skill)
• Mandatory Experience in Tally Prime.
• Experience with TDS calculations and filings (Mandatory skill)
• Strong ability to manage day-to-day accounting entries (Mandatory skill)
• Negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with vendors and clients
• Bank Entries, Vouchers entry, Bank reconciliation
• Experience in making purchase entries accurately and efficiently
• Stock management skills to ensure optimal inventory control
• Vendor management skills to maintain strong supplier relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain GST compliance including preparation and filing of returns
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and filings on time
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Create and manage sales invoices and purchase orders
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth business operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality supplies
• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
