We are looking for Java Application Support for our client (Doha)
Responsibilities
- Manage Java based application
- Provide phone, email and chat support
- Whenever required, make customised SQL queries and pull out the reports
- Maintain Java application up and running on server, in case required, run diagnostic on the server
- Note down the in-house clients business requirement related to application and coordinate with development team to complete
- Deploy the changes (CR) on server
- Manage tickets using ticket platform
Qualifications & Experience
- BE
- 5+ years of experience
