Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to join our growing team . As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our agency operations, focusing on business development, sales, and client relationships. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Delhi, Delhi, India, and it is a full-time employment opportunity.In the SR Corporate Agency Manager role, you will be

Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners.

Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy

Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions

Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)

Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as an Agency Manager or a similar role in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the BFSI industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proficient in using CRM and other recruitment software
  • Experience in domestic and international recruitment is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage our agency operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to final selection and onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and excellent customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
  • Coach and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed
  • Prepare and present reports on agency performance, sales metrics, and client feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

Experience : Sales experience of more than 2 years.

2 yrs experience in BFSI (Prefer Insurance)

Age : Between 21 to 38 years

One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude

One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
