Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Screenify.Ai. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our AI-powered platform and shaping the future of the recruitment process. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with an opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the IT System Custom Software Development industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in product management.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the AI-powered platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product features
• Gather and analyze market and customer insights to inform product decisions
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs and business goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our platform remains competitive
• Lead and mentor a team of junior product managers and cross-functional team members
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback for product improvements
• Coordinate product launches and drive adoption of new features
• Monitor product performance and analytics to identify areas for optimization and improvement
