We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at SCREATIVES SOFTWARE SERVICES PVT. LTD. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Hi-tech city Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting or HR recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling Bench sales and opt recruiter positions
• Strong knowledge of US staffing and IT recruitment processes
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and screen candidates for various positions within the company
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure maximum visibility
• Utilize online recruiting channels and social media to attract passive candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
• Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
