JOB DESCRIPTION- Sales Executive
Location : Chennai.
Total Experience: 4 – 6 years
Salary: 30K to 40KCTC
JOB BRIEF:
To approach targeted business clients actively, set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY:
· Achieve forecasted sales goals manage the sales pipeline and source leads
· Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
· Set demo session with the potential customer to convert, meet customer requirements and maintain relationship
· Provide forecasts, reports and information
· Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Develop existing accounts & seek new business. Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, & develop strong business relationships. Consult & problem solve to enhance the Company’s position in existing & target accounts.
· Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, & sales activity information. Discuss sales activities with Sales Manager.
· Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
· Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
REQUIRNMENTS:
· Bachelors in marketing, business or equivalent
· 3+ years of Marketing and Business Development Experience
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management
· Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc...
· Fluency in English is required
