Job Description-

1)             Maintain and update different pricing reports on daily basis

2)             Supporting all internal team in areas of Pricing, Free Time, etc.

3)             Negotiating with the Shipping Lines on Quotes Target Rates and Free Time

4)             Getting Spot Rate Quotes from different Shipping Lines as per Sales Team Requirement

5)             Taking competitive freight rates from Shipping Line, NVOCC and Forwarders

6)             Handling Sea Shipments

7)             Generating Inquiries through promotional emails & follow-up with Overseas Agent on day- to-day basis

8)             Establishing good relations with overseas agent to get export/ import business to/from India

9)             Handling Pan India Pricing of Freight rates for all types of container (FCL / LCL / Air)

10)         Supporting internal sales & Operations team with competitive rates offered to new clients & gaining customer satisfaction

11)         Excellent communication & rate negotiation with Carrier & Vendor

12)         Developing strong relationships with the Shipping Lines/NVOCC’s/ Co-Loader &    Partner 3PL players/ customers by frequent meeting and social interactions
