Job Description-

1.   Co-ordinating Import shipments

2.   IGM Filing, Co-ordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders and CHA.

3.   Arranging commercial invoice and packing list from the suppliers.

4.   Providing documents to CHA and arranging Checklist

5.   Handle Pre and Post Shipments Documents.

6.   Preparing CMC Letter & Take CMC permission for containers movement

7.   Checking and clearing invoices From Terminal & Vendors

8.   Looking after re-export containers

9.   Follow up with MLOs for IGM EDI file from ODEX

10.  Sending En-block movement (Job Order) to respective CFS.

11.    CFS movement & Import Manifest

12.    Handle Costing

13.    Offloading & Damage Collections

14.     Raise Damage or detention Invoice.
