As a Digital Marketing / Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual assets and designs for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Mobile first thinking and understanding of AI. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content that enhances brand awareness, engages the target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing captivating creatives for our e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our brand's online presence and driving sales across major e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation & Design:
- Develop original and innovative design concepts for e-commerce platforms and digital/Ecomm campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Brainstorm and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team.
- Design visually appealing product banners, carousel images, promotional graphics, and other creative assets.
- E-commerce Marketplace Expertise:
- Create and optimize listing images for e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, etc.
- Work on product visuals and infographics aligned with platform requirements and guidelines.
- Regularly update creatives to keep listings fresh and engaging.
- Video Editing:
- Edit promotional and product videos for e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Create short, impactful videos to highlight product features and benefits.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to align visuals with overall strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets for campaigns.
- Communicate design ideas, concepts, and requirements effectively to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on stakeholder input.
- Web Design and Development:
- Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and designs.
- Brand Consistency:
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital assets and e-commerce platforms.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience in designing for marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, etc.
- Adept in handing creative requirement for media campaigns/regular post on Google Display network, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of Canva and other online design tools is a plus.
- Use of AI for conceptualizing design thinking
- Understanding of video editing tools and techniques.
Creativity & Attention to Detail:
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details to produce high-quality creatives.
Market Understanding:
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Understanding of marketplace requirements for product listings and imagery.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
