Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
• Experience with tax preparation and knowledge of relevant tax regulations
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions and records for the organization
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct accounting errors
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
