As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs and ensuring that they are aligned with the school's goals and objectives. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Proven experience as an Academic Coordinator or similar role
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent coaching and training abilities
- Proficiency in administration and record-keeping
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Knowledge of syllabus development and curriculum design
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic programs that align with the school's goals and objectives
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure proper implementation of the curriculum
- Provide support and training to teachers on curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Ensure that the school's academic policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor and assess the academic performance of students
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate academic programs with extracurricular activities
- Coordinate parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents regarding academic progress
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in education
- Conduct periodic evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic plans and initiatives for academic growth
