The Role
In this role, you will reach out to potential customers in the Education sector, such as education institutions, training centres, etc. You will have full control of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Here is an indicative list of your responsibilities. As a growing team, we could together see a need to include other aligned and allied activities, as per organizational and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales, revenue generation and customer base for education business in a given territory
- Design and manage the entire end to end sales process for your territory including lead generation and conversion through multiple sales approaches such as inbound, outbound and field sales.
- Able to make required and frequent visits to the schools, follow-ups, documentation, and maintain customer relationships.
- Should have a good knowledge of the assigned territory including geography, networking and business events, leads, etc.
- Any other activities assigned by your reporting manager.
- Should have your own laptop and two-wheeler.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales, in schools.
- Freshers are welcome with go getter attitude, talented and ambitious salespeople
- Graduate with clear communication skills in speaking, writing, and presentation.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google sheets, Word, e-mails, etc.
- Self-starter, ownership to design action and deliver results in new settings.
Salary
- ₹28,000 - ₹38,000 CTC per month (For 2-4 yeras experience)
- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 CTC per month (For 0-2 yeras experience)
Compensation & Benefit
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Paid sick time
- Commission of 5% to 10% over Net Profit
Where,
Net Profit = (Sales Price of the product) minus (Base Price of the product)
Sales Price of the product -> Price at which Sales Rep sells the product
Base Price of the product -> Minimum price set by the company.
