Scalent Solutions is hiring for one of our Clients which is, a leader in electric vehicle re-commerce and financing, is seeking an enthusiastic Field Executive to engage directly with e-rickshaw drivers. Your primary role will be to convince drivers to switch from Lead-Acid to Lithium-ion batteries by explaining the benefits and assisting with the documentation and financing process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach e-rickshaw drivers in your designated area.

· Build trust and rapport to understand their needs and challenges with current Lead-Acid batteries.

· Educate drivers about the advantages of Lithium-ion batteries, including better performance, longer life, and cost-effectiveness.

· Assist drivers in completing all necessary documentation required for battery financing.

· Liaise with internal teams and financial partners to process battery financing smoothly.

· Collect on-ground feedback from drivers about their concerns and share insights with the team to improve products and services.

· Achieving Target for monthly battery sales.

· Forming partnerships with fleet operators, parking & charging operators and garage mechanics for battery sales.

· Creating broker/sales agents under him to achieve city level targets on commission basis.

Qualifications:

· Minimum ITI/Diploma Pass or equivalent.

· Experience in field sales, customer engagement, or similar roles is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of EV batteries or the e-rickshaw ecosystem is desirable.

Skills Required:

· Strong communication and convincing abilities.

· Ability to build trust and relationships with customers.

· Basic understanding of documentation processes and attention to detail.

· Willingness to work on the ground and travel within the assigned area.
