businesses with automated marketing reports, AI-driven insights, and scheduling features.
We help companies streamline their marketing efforts, reduce manual tasks, and gain
valuable insights with ease. The company is being used by over 100+ brands across the world.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure timely issue
resolution.
3. Onboard new clients, conduct training sessions, and ensure seamless integration.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Tech) to address client
concerns.
5. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
6. Analyze client feedback, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related fields.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
5. Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, or performance marketing
(desirable).
6. Experience of SAAS platforms is added advantage
