Key Responsibilities:

         •           Content Creation & Social Media: Write engaging posts for various digital channels to enhance our company’s online presence, showcase our projects, and attract potential clients.

         •           Website Management: Regularly update website content to reflect our current offerings, case studies, and customer success stories, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

         •           Marketing Communications: Prepare and send marketing materials to customers, informing them about updates, new services, and relevant industry insights.

         •           Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop strategies for identifying potential leads, qualifying them for relevance, and passing high-quality leads to the sales team.

         •           Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development: Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify and define the ideal customer profile, refining marketing strategies to target high-value leads better and optimize conversion.

Qualifications:

         •           Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in the tech or Salesforce ecosystem.

         •           Skills:

    •           Strong written communication skills related to the European and North American regions.

    •           Proficiency with LinkedIn, website content management systems, and marketing automation tools.

    •           Experience with lead generation, qualification, and ICP development.

    •           Ability to analyze and improve marketing strategies based on performance data.
