Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an AR Caller/Team Leader. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing accounts receivable and leading a team to ensure efficient operations.
• Must Experince with Denial Management.
• Good Experince in Service Provider.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients to follow up on overdue invoices and payment plans.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and payment arrangements in the company's accounting system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Prepare and send reminders and statements to clients as needed.
• Analyze aging reports to identify accounts requiring follow-up.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
