Roles And Responsibility 

• Responsible for full time & Contract placements of IT professionals in the US Recruitment
•  Responsible for Monitoring Team members’ daily activity
•   Working on End to End process from Sourcing to till consultant joining on board with client.
• Familiar with the Tax terms like W2, Corp-to-Corp and 1099
•  Have worked with W2- No benefits, W2- With benefits, 1099, Corp-to-  Corp, H1B placements, and Green card/Permanent Resident        placements
• Sourcing consultants using Job portals (Dice, Career Builder, and Corp- Corp)
• Searching for consultants in social networking sites such as Linked-In,    Facebook, etc
•  Identifying the matching consultants for the requirements
•   To check whether consultants are suitable to the Requirement or not
•  Interacted with Vendor for rate negotiation and timely submission of   Resume.
• Building resources through Channel partners, Groups and through     consultant references
•   To generate the resume database / building the pipeline for the        upcoming requirements.
•   Strong database build for all technologies in Excel Spreadsheet with all status updates.
