We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary to our CEO.

Candidate to possess good communication skills, be proficient in managing calendars and emails, and have a keen understanding of business on job to take notes and manage co-ordiantions for completion of works.

Additionally, the candidate should be tech-savvy/ interested in adapting/ exploring new ideas to automate manual procedures, able to adapt to trending technologies, and capable of coordinating with team members efficiently.

This role requires a fast learner who can grasp tasks quickly and is willing to work diligently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

•        Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other engagements efficiently.

•        Summarize and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate action.

•        Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items like remainders, location and meeting updates.

•        Stay updated with trending technologies and tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve productivity.

•        Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members, facilitating communication and task allocations.

•        Assist with accounting tasks, including basic bookkeeping, data entry, and financial document management.

•        Act as a smart worker, anticipating needs and proactively addressing them to optimize the efficiency of Chairperson, Should be able to send remainders and updates and details of meetings on time .

•        Be available 24/7 to handle urgent matters and assist the CEO as needed.

Requirements:

•        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

•        1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.

•        Proficiency in calendar management software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.

•        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•        Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

•        Familiarity with accounting principles and terminology.

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•        Willingness to work flexible hours and be available outside of regular business hours.

•        Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
