1.Preparation of the Financial statements

•        Preparation of the Financial statements in compliance with the applicable laws, accounting principles and standards.

•        Presenting the financials to the management for finalization.

2.Maintenance of books of accounts as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

•        We ensure to prepare and maintain the books of accounts as per GAAP and IFRS standards.

•        Maintaining general ledgers and reconcile the balances.

•        Aggressively Monitoring payables and receivables and ensuring timely payments and collections.

•        Oversee all financial operations, including payments, billing, payroll, and treasury functions.

•        Cashflow analysis and MIS reports preparation

•        Provide strong leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

 

3. Compliance and Controls check system

•        Check if the internal controls are in place, check if there are any areas of process improvements.

•        Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure documents for Finance process

•        Assessment of the process and automation recommendation to reduce the manual intervention.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting process

•        Preparing the monthly and Annual budgets, discussions with the stake holders, Make the necessary forecasts depending upon statutory and other changes in the organization

•        Continuous monitoring of the Budgets with the actuals and taking necessary actions if required.

•        Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.

•        Providing financial recommendations and support for management decisions

 5. Strategic Financial Partnerships:

·               Collaborate with internal stakeholders for reporting efficiencies

·               Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting the company's growth objectives.

Should be good in

-         Advanced excel

-         Strong knowledge on data analysis and MIS reportings

-         Good communication skills

-         Dedicated and willing to take up responsibilities and accountability for organization

-         Knowledge of PowerBi, Tableu, SQL shall be an added advantage
