     ü  Meeting the hiring numbers as per the business requirement, End to End      Recruitment

ü  Implementation of proper Induction plan and employee joining formalities & FNF formalities

ü  Implementation of all related policies and taking corrective action for proper discipline

ü  Employee performance review on a Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly basis

ü  To ensure proper grievance handling cell and communication channel

ü  Planning and Executing Employee Engagement activities, Event Calendar and Budgeting

  ü  Handling payroll, Attendance, Administration, Regularity
