Job descriptions – Accounts Executive

 

1.         Maintain Daily account transactions

2.        Maintain Vendor accounts & payments

3.       Maintain Labour accounts & Payments

4.        Verify that transactions are supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., invoices, receipts).

5.       Estimations, Delivery challans, Billing and other relevant account collaterals

6.       Coordinate with site engineers and take updates on the material delivered at site and Oversee the collection process for outstanding receivables.

7.        Marketing budget Allocations

8.       Maintain Staff Attendance & Labor Attendance

9.       Manage staff welfare expenses

10.      Manage Operation expenses

11.       Maintain GST and other statutory compliance

12.      Track daily cash balance and accordingly manage the operational Expenses

13.      Optimise payments based on the cash inflow & outflow.

14.      Confirm that all invoices received from vendors are accurate and processed in a timely manner & if there are delay in payments, need to negotiate time with vendors whenever necessary or when there are payment deficits 

15.      Maintain and manage Tools, equipment’s etc provided to site engineer for each projects and account them for the same in case of loss, damages or theft

16.      Keep travel record of each team member in case of site visit, meeting etc to claim travel allowances.

17.      Keep track of material inventories of each project.

18.      Forecast short term cash needs.

19.      Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

20.     Calculate estimated tax payments for every month.

21.      Ensure timely submission of all tax-related documents.

22.     Assess the performance of each department against its budget.

23.     Make adjustments to the budget forecasts based on current trends

24.     Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions.

25.     Store documents securely with easy retrieval for audits and reviews.

26.     Effectiveness of internal controls.
