SEO - Senior Manager 

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Senior Manager is responsible for driving organic search traffic through data-driven strategies and innovative SEO implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, tools, and analytics to optimize on-page and off-page elements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective SEO efforts.

Responsibilities

.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

.Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website performance.

.Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists.

.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.

.Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

.Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels

.Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

.Optimize website structure and content for search engines.

.Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

.Report on SEO performance and present insights to stakeholders.

.Train and mentor junior SEO specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional development

.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

.At least 7 to 8 years of experience in SEO.

.Experience in leading and managing a team of minimum 15 SEO specialists

.Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.

.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

.Excellent communication and leadership skills.

.Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical stakeholders. 

.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
