Job Overview
The Relationship Manager will be a vital part of the SMHFPL team, stationed in Meerut. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and associates
- Proven customer relationship management experience with a track record of managing client relationships
- Sales skills with an ability to identify opportunities and close deals in the housing finance sector
- Experience with housing loans, promoting financial products to potential borrowers
- Proficiency in DSA (Direct Selling Agents) management, driving sales through multiple channels
- Experience in direct sales, capable of meeting sales targets consistently
- Skills in LAP (Loan Against Property), handling loan products and transactions efficiently
- Customer acquisition expertise, with strategies to attract and retain clients from targeted demographics

- Identify and pursue potential customers for housing finance services in semi-urban and rural areas
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell housing loan products to targeted customer segments
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
