Job Overview

The Relationship Manager will be a vital part of the SMHFPL team, stationed in Meerut. Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and associates
  • Proven customer relationship management experience with a track record of managing client relationships
  • Sales skills with an ability to identify opportunities and close deals in the housing finance sector
  • Experience with housing loans, promoting financial products to potential borrowers
  • Proficiency in DSA (Direct Selling Agents) management, driving sales through multiple channels
  • Experience in direct sales, capable of meeting sales targets consistently
  • Skills in LAP (Loan Against Property), handling loan products and transactions efficiently
  • Customer acquisition expertise, with strategies to attract and retain clients from targeted demographics

  • Identify and pursue potential customers for housing finance services in semi-urban and rural areas
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
