Job Overview

Satvam Nutrifoods Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for decision-making. This is a full-time position based in our Ahmedabad office, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
• FMCG Background preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, and other database management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain databases for storing and retrieving information.
• Create and update spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to visualize and present data.
• Generate regular MIS reports to provide actionable information to management.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Management for data collection and reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by conducting regular audits.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for MIS reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and systems.
