Role: Human Resource Executive
Location: Adajan Surat Gujarat
Experience required: 6 month to 1 year
Job Type: Full time [WFO]
Industry: Information technology and Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes,
scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interviews.
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting 4.
orientation, and managing documentation.
4. Assist in organising employee engagement activities and HR events to promote a positive and
inclusive work environment.
5. Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality.
6. Support in maintaining HR databases, handling paperwork, and updating employee records.
7. Help manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
8. Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company
policies.
9. drafting HR policies, procedures, and internal communications
10. Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave management, and benefits.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Knowledge of HR software or tools is a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with IT industry trends and requirements.
2. 6 month Internship or prior experience in HR.
