Job Details:

  • Job Role: Business Development Trainee
  • Training Period: 6 Months
  • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month during the training period
  • Package Post-Training: Based on performance, up to ₹2.4Lakhs per annum
  • Number of Vacancies: 6

Bachelor of Business Administration [ Marketing or relevant field] 

Master of Business Administration [ Marketing or relevant field] 


We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team. The ideal

candidate should be passionate about business development, eager to learn, and ready to

contribute to various marketing initiatives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain

hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer

needs

● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media

● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

● Ensure the availability of resources for sales and demonstrations

● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams


Requirements and skills


● Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field.

● Proficiency in English [ verbal & written both ]

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office

● Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

● Fast learner and passion for sales

● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

● Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Workdays: 5 days working

Work Location: Adajan Surat Gujarat

Work hours: 9am to 6pm [Flexible]
