Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and application data flow. This role includes overseeing functional flow, conducting code reviews, and ensuring robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architectures, leveraging industry best practices and design patterns.
• Code Review: Conduct in-depth code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, while providing actionable feedback to team members.
• Testing Oversight: Evaluate and enhance testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effectiveness in validating application functionality.
• Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of changes and new features on existing systems, collaborating with the team to address potential risks and ensure seamless integration.
• Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and project requirements, facilitating efficient workflows and tracking progress.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of architectural decisions, design patterns, and implementation strategies for future reference.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in Java 8+ features, with a strong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.
• Strong expertise in database management, particularly with PostgreSQL and JPA.
• Proficient in using Git for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Deep understanding of application data flow and functional flow, with the ability to design efficient and maintainable systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Preferred Advantage Skills:

• Experience with Spring Cloud for building distributed systems.
• Familiarity with API Gateway implementation and management.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.
