Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position, ideal for an individual with experience in strategic planning, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Qualifications and Skills

  • Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to strategize and plan effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in generating and converting leads into business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business avenues.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client interactions and internal communications.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and deliver tailored business solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and potential growth areas to propose new business initiatives.
