Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst with experience or knowledge in ATM processes to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring technical solutions align with business requirements. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation of IT projects, particularly in areas related to ATM systems, processes, and functionalities.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.  

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT systems, with a focus on ATM-related processes.  

- Partner with the IT team to design, develop, and implement solutions for ATM functionalities, including cash withdrawal, deposit, reconciliation, and monitoring.  

- Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements or technology enhancements for ATM operations.  

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project objectives.  

- Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories related to ATM systems.  

- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for ATM systems to ensure solutions meet business expectations.  

- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.  

- Provide post-implementation support, including training and issue resolution.  

Required Skills and Qualifications:  

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  

- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.  

- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).  

- Knowledge of ATM processes, including cash management, transaction processing, and monitoring systems.  

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and other project management tools.  

- Basic knowledge of database systems, APIs, and technical architecture is a plus.  

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.  

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  

 Preferred Qualifications:  

- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.  

- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).  

- Familiarity with ATM switch systems, EMV standards, or PCI DSS compliance.  

- Experience with reconciliation processes and ATM monitoring tools.
