Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at SATMAT TECHNOLOGIES. The position is based in Pune and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, and will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and hiring top talent (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment and address any employee concerns (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance to ensure all employment laws and regulations are adhered to (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in performance management to assess and enhance employee performance effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits to manage and improve the company's compensation structure.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve workplace disputes professionally.
  • Expertise in HRIS management to streamline HR operations through efficient use of HR technology.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer and update the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Resolve conflicts within the organization through effective mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
