Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive for our Pune office. This is a full-time position at the executive level where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and forging valuable client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills, along with a solid background in client relations, business strategy, and business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis to interpret data and drive informed business decisions (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in data visualization for effectively presenting data insights (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relations.
- Strong background in business strategy to develop and implement effective growth plans.
- Demonstrable skills in business development to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand SATMAT TECHNOLOGIES' market presence.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for expanding the client base.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on key business development metrics to senior leadership.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
- Ensure continuous improvement in business development processes and practices.
