Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Ernakulam/Kottayam OR Palakkad/Malappuram/Thrissur (Travel Required)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Multiwood products to a diverse clientele in the designated region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential customers.

Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into profitable sales.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate Multiwood solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Multiwood.

Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records.

Travel to customer locations within the assigned region.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry (experience in plywood industry a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Graduate degree minimum.

Possession of a two-wheeler (bike) is a must.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month.

Commission structure based on achieving sales targets.
