Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at sathyamjobs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials and campaigns. This is a full-time position with a junior level, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with printers and other vendors to ensure the timely and accurate production of printed materials.
• Maintain a digital library of design assets for easy access and retrieval.
