- Efficient in Visa processing.
- Send the files of clients to Embassy.
- Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails.
- Handle Customer queries in a timely.
- Shall handle all countries Visa enquiries in persons / mails and advice regarding required.
- Documentations and submission for all type of Visa.
- Also Maintain proper record of submission collection of Visa including Visa fee and service charges.
- Shall maintain cordial relation with customers, Visa Service Agency Consulate offices.
- Shall have pleasing personality and effective communication skill.
- Well versed with Visa Documentation and procedures/ On Line /Manual Visa application submission to Consulate at Delhi or through VFS regarding all types of Visas for Various Countries.
- Good with computer skills
Education Qualification : Any graduate
Experience Required : 1-4 years in Visa Processing
