Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products and Services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing Clients
  • Handle Overall sales Team
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
