ü Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows AD in multisite environment

ü Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Remote Desktop Services

ü Working experience with Dell, IBM, HP Server & Storages

ü Good knowledge in Windows Cluster

ü Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of VMWare

ü Good working knowledge on LAN & WAN Infrastructure

ü Knowledge on Gateway Security products like Sophos, Fortinet, Sonicwall, etc.

ü Fundamental knowledge on Mailing Systems

ü Basic exposure to a few of Cloud Technologies

ü Exposure and working experience in implementation & management of Medium to Large Company Data Center environments

ü Should be aware of ITIL

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

v Work as a member of Technical Support Group to be the internal escalation point for resolving problems

v To be available for any technical escalations during non-business hours and weekend

v Any problem resolution should be closed with RCA report and Customer concurrence

v Should be a part of Presale activity as and when required

v Should be available for any complex implementation projects if mandated
