Now we are looking for UKG Ready Techno Functional Consultant

Experience : 6+ years of IT experience & 3+ years of technical support experience with Kronos/UKG Ready 

Duration : 6 months

Location : Chennai( if Full time) / Remote ( Contract)

Responsibilities:

· Expertise in the implementation of UKG Ready solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

· Configure UKG Ready modules such as Time and Attendance, Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Talent Management to meet client-specific requirements.

· Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current functionality and technology footprint, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

· Develop short and long-term solution strategies to enhance Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll processes within the client's environment.

· Collaborate closely with the client's team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 6+ years of IT experience & 3+ years of technical support experience with Kronos/UKG Ready in both technical and functional aspects of UKG Ready, including configuration, customization, and integration.

· Proficiency in UKG Ready configuration and customization

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.

· UKG Ready Certification or relevant certifications in workforce management systems are highly desirable
