Mandatory Skills:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure smooth delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, guiding teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure Agile principles and

Scrum framework are followed across the team. Work closely with Product Owners and Development

Teams to manage and refine the product backlog. Remove impediments and blockers to keep the development process on track.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies

and coaching teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage

multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is must / preferred.
