Job Summary

We are looking engineer who has proven experience in Project Planning, Cost Controlling, Budgeting and Project Controls which includes data visualization, vendor management, strategizing workforce, MIS, and project finance analytics.

Projects – Railways, solar, Lighting, UG cable laying

Role and Responsibilities

 Budget preparation and Quantity Estimation

 Cost monitoring and analysis

 Preparation of Job Cost reports every month by analyzing the cost statements

 Job Cost Reports (JCR) and Accepted Cost Estimates (ACE)

 Quantity estimation and review with ACE quantities

 MIS Reporting

 Material Reconciliation

 MPCS (Multi-Dimensional Planning and Control System)

 Comprehensive rate analysis

 Sub-contractor billing & Client invoicing work

 Financial Planning and Analysis, Estimate At Completion (EAC) Analysis, Project Finance reports preparation

Qualification and Skills

 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with Master’s degree or specialized certifications (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) can be an advantage.  Required Soft skills - Ms Project / Primavera, Advanced Excel and Excel Dashboard, Power BI & PowerPoint.

 Ability to develop project budgets, cost estimation, and cash flow forecasts.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and teams.
