Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, specifically in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales calls, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our IT products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:
