Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, specifically in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales calls, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our IT products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, specifically in IT sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
