  • Administer and maintain the company’s CRM software, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.
  • Customize CRM workflows to align with the company’s sales and project management processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on client interactions, sales performance, and project status to inform strategic decision-making.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client communication and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with project managers and sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and communication with clients.

Training and Support:

  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
