Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Sarga Consultants. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position with a focus on talent acquisition in the IT, EMS, Defense, and Aerospace sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting qualified candidates
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source potential candidates through online channels, recruitment agencies, and job postings
- Screen and assess candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
