- Expert in marketing H1 Candidates
- Expert level knowledge of the h1b transfer process including the procurement of client letters.
- Very solid English skills (verbal and written) to enable candidate to interact with a wide variety of contacts including Prime Vendors, Direct Clients, internal employees and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent follow up skills.
- Excellent networking skills to enable the identification of placement opportunities that are not available on the market.
- Strong selling skills to ensure that bench personnel resume reach the hiring manager.
- Excellent understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
